Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is a must. First things first, this isn’t single exam it is dived into 3 phases:
Phase I – Prelims: 100 marks, 1 hour, objective-type. Includes English, Quant, Reasoning.
Phase II – Mains:
Objective: 200 marks, 3 hours
Descriptive: 50 marks, 30 mins (Emails, Reports, etc.)
Phase III:
Psychometric Test (personality profiling)
Group Exercise (20 marks)
Interview (30 marks)
Only Mains + Interview/GE marks count in final merit.

Yep, SBI doesn’t let you take unlimited attempts at the PO exam. Here’s how it works:
Now here’s the catch: only Main Exam appearances count. So if you’ve just appeared for Prelims before and didn’t move further, it’s not counted. Oh, and SBI started counting from the 2010 exam onwards. So check your records.
